Ultimate Restomod – Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer – Turbo Study

Singer is among the best known restomod mod shops in the world. The Torrance, California based company restores and reimagines 1989 to 1994 Porsche 911s, based on the 964 chassis at the direction of its clients.

Their newest product is the Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer – Turbo Study. The Turbo Study is a response to requests from owners for restoration services that incorporate turbocharging. More than 70 owners have reserved bespoke restorations enabled by the study. This is the first customer car, and it looks amazing!

The Turbo Study’s carbon fiber bodywork is finished in Turbo Racing White, and is complemented by green stripes and green Turbo wheels. The car features a sleek lowered ride height and custom carbon fiber bodywork, including the iconic vintage 911 whale tail spoiler.

The interior of the Turbo Study is done in houndstooth “Grun” cloth that matches the exterior. This seats are done in lightweight carbon fiber fiber and there are plenty of carbon fiber interior trim pieces. There’s even a wireless charging pad for your Apple iPhone. It’s the perfect blend of old meets new.

The Turbo Study is powered by an air-cooled 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six that sends 510 horsepower though a six-speed manual transmission. Stopping the car is handled by carbon ceramic brakes. Depending on what the customer wants, the Turbo Study can be rear wheel drive or all wheel drive.

The one item not revealed with the Turbo Study is its price. The price is dependent on the specification requested by the car’s owner. However, you can bet it will be extremely expensive, and that there’s already a line of over 70 rich classic Porsche enthusiasts with deposits on one.
