Sights and Sound from San Francisco

On the last day of Ad:Tech San Francisco, we decided to take a drive out to Berkeley to visit Redux, the makers of FlickIM. Redux is a venture funded startup that’s trying to take over the entire Web 2.0 world (like all startups are). My friend Tyler Dikman is one of the founders.

We also head out to Fisherman’s Wharf to try some world famous clam chowder in a bread bowl. The chowder was good but bread bowl didn’t added much to it. It was a beautiful day and the walk along the pier was really relaxing.

I got a few people asking what kind of hotel charges $48 a day for parking. The answer is the Palace Hotel. As expensive as parking at the Palace was, my room cost 10 times more. At least they give you free bottle water.
