Dot Com Lunch – Happy 4th of July Edition

The 4th of July is a day to celebrate the independence of the United Sates from the United Kingdom. That’s right. No more king! Instead, we have a dictator named Obama.

We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate July 4th than with a Dot Com Lunch at Pho Ba Co. The weather was ideal, and we had a bunch of tech toys to play with. What could be better?

This episode of the Dot Com Lunch was recorded using the new Sony RX100 IV. This is Sony’s latest and greatest compact digital camera. It features a 1″ stacked sensor that makes your iPhone sensor look like a pinhole. The result of all this tech is 4K video at 100mbps, and super slow motion video at 960fps!

Audio was recorded using the new Tascam DR-22WL digital audio recorder and MIC-J Lavalier microphone. Watch the video to see an amazing demo of this setup.

Dot Com Lunch will now go on summer break as I fly off to Japan to start the Asia leg of world tour. If you live in Japan, Malaysia, or Singapore, come and say hi. I would love to meet you.
