On this episode of the Dot Com Life Vlog, I drive over to the Diamond Jamboree Plaza to have lunch at Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle.
Chef Hung start life back in Vancouver, Canada, and has expanded across the globe. There are now three stores in Vancouver, three in China, three in Taiwan, and one in the United States.
The City of Irvine is the only city in America where you can sample Chef Hung’s beef noodles. This isn’t really surprising since Irvine is home to the first 85C Bakery Cafe and BBQ Chicken in America. Asian restaurants seem to like using Irvine as a test bed for new launches.
