Like a lot of high end automakers, Bentley license their name to non-car projects that they deem fitting to their brand. One such partnership is condo development call Bentley Residences Miami, and it’s tailor-made for owners of high-end cars like Bentley.
Bentley partnered with Dezer Development, whose projects include the Porsche Design Tower, to create the first ever Bentley branded residence. It comes with exceptional amenities like a car elevator and room for up to four vehicles per condo.
The residences, which start at $4.2 million, will offer a lift called the Dezervator. This Dezervator transports both car and owner from the road to his condo so he never has to use the front entrance of the building. Dezer Development used these same elevators for their Porsche Design Tower.
The Dezervator has an hydraulic system that pinches the car by its tires and pulls it atop a robotic shuttle system. This then transports your car up to your floor. You can take the ride up with your car, or use the normal guest elevators. The shuttle system will put the car into your garage. Each garage space connects directly to the residences, and has EV charging stations for up to four vehicles.
The garages offer private, convenient, and secure storage for your vehicles, but also offers seamless access to your home. RFID stickers are placed in the owners’ vehicles and there is an advanced lighting system that guides the driver to the correct Dezervator to reach his residence.
