To help prevent, or at least slow down, the flipping of the new 2023 Corvette Z06, Chevrolet is offering new Corvette Z06 owners $5,000 if they keep the car for at least 12 months after purchase. An email was sent to reservation holders with the title, “Go ahead, reward yourself” had the details.
For a limited time, My Chevrolet Rewards members can earn an additional 500,000 points — a $5,000 value — when they retain ownership of their vehicle for 12 months after purchase. Points can be redeemed on GM Financial Payments, Accessories, and more.
For owners who intends to keep their Z06, this is a nice bonus. However, I doubt $5,000 is enough of an incentive to stop the flipping. Depending on the trim levels, the new Corvette Z06 starts at $106,395 to $120,245 ($113,895 to $127,245 for the convertible), and they are already being flipped for up to $100,000 over MSRP.
