A trade show like Affiliate Summit wouldn’t be complete without a Dot Com Lifestyle dinner at a fine-dining restaurant. After walking the show floor all day long, it’s great to sit down and eat. And we did exactly that at Julian Serrano.
Julian Serrano is located inside the ARIA hotel and casino. It is named after its famous Executive Chef, who is also the Executive Chef of Picasso at Bellagio. Chef Serrano is a two-time winner of the Prestigious James Beard Foundation Award (Best Chef Pacific 1998 and Best Chef Southwest 2002). He created Julian Serrano to pay homage to his Spanish roots.
Julian Serrano is famous for their Tapas and Paellas. Tapas are small plate meals. By ordering multiply Tapas, the dinner can experience a wider range of flavors than with just one main course. Julian Serrano stretches the boundaries of small plates by loading guests’ palettes with delectable interpretations of his native Spanish fare.
The menu can be overwhelming. It features 80 items. Narrowing down your Tapas selections will be the hardest part of your dining experience. We selected over a dozen Tapas and two Paellas to share among our party of eight. The food was really good, and everyone had a great time sampling the Tapas and Paellas.
