Heather Romiti is an Iraq war veteran turned affiliate marketer and wellness coach who created Blendhappy to inspire optimal health. She’s gained a lot of attention and opportunities through her blog and YouTube channel.
Heather started by showing some eye-opening stats about the power of videos. She claimed YouTube has over 8 billion unique visitors per month. That’s more than the entire world’s population!
If you run a blog and you’re not using video, then you are really missing out. Heather showed the entire process she goes through to produce great videos that gets traffic, and more importantly, sales.
One of the resources she recommends is Video SEO for WordPress by Yoast. The plugin does a great job ranking your videos on the major search engines.
Heather runs the Blend Happy channel on YouTube. She has 2,735 subscribers and about 385,000 video views, which I’m sure is more than most of the attendees in the room, except for the guy sitting next to me.
